Crew 613 is located in Golden, Colorado in the Venturing District of the Denver Area Council.  We meet the second and fourth Mondays of the month.

About the Crew

• The Crew is associated with Troop 613 that is 35 years old. 
• The Crew has earned the 2007 and 2008 Centennial Quality Unit Award as well as earned the Gold level recognition for the Commissioner's Recognition Program for the last two years.

Crew Activities

• The Crew meetings are the second and fourt Mondays of the month.
• The Crew holds one acitivity a month focused on citizenship, leadership, service, outdoor, fitness and social activities.  Events this year have included attending the Gateway District Klondike, Scout Show and going to the movies.  The events are chosen and planned by the youth.  Past events have included game nights, Jump Street and SkyVenture.
• The Crew conducts a "super" activity annually which has included Philmont, Northern Tier (Bissett) and in 2008 "Dave and Matt's Excellent Adventure."

Community Service

• The Crew assisted the City of Grand Lake in building a trail as part of their recreation development program.
• The Crew staffed the Rocky Mountain School for the Deaf's annual carnival fundraiser in November as part of the National Good Turn Week.
