The adults comprising the Venture Crew advisor staff and Crew Committee have decades of experience.  Our adults have experience serving in the Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing program.  We also meet all training guidelines and recommendations as laid out by the Boy Scouts of America and the Denver Area Council.  The adults have over 50 years of scouting experience that includes service on the Unit, District and Council level and have an extensive background in training serving on District, Council, Regional and National training programs.
